Individual therapy rate (55 min) : $150
Even if you have insurance coverage, there are a few reasons you might prefer to pay out of pocket. When you use insurance, providers are required to give you a formal diagnosis, which becomes part of your medical record. Insurance companies can also limit the number of sessions they'll cover and in some cases request access to your session notes. Paying privately keeps your care between you and your therapist, giving you more control over your treatment and your privacy.

I am in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of TX, Baylor Scott & White, and Cigna/Evernorth. I am also paneled with United Healthcare/Optum for virtual appointments only.
If you are using your in-network benefits, the amount due per session will be dependent on your copay, any coinsurance due, and whether or not you have met your deductible. I will verify your benefits on my end during the intake process, as well as on a monthly basis, however if you do have questions, I encourage you to reach out to the insurance company directly.
Please note, when submitting claims to insurance, I am required to provide a formal diagnosis, which becomes part of your medical record.
I am not in network with any Medicare plans.

If you are wanting to use insurance that I'm not in-network with, I provide superbills (itemized receipts you can submit to your insurance company) so you can take advantage of any out-of-network benefits you may have.
I recommend contacting your insurance company to see if you have out of network benefits, and if so, how to submit a claim. Here are a few helpful questions to have ready:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much of it have I met?
What percentage of the session fee will you reimburse once my deductible is met?
How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?
