About me

A woman with shoulder-length light brown hair smiling at the camera, wearing a beige sleeveless top, against a plain light-colored wall background.

Pronouns: she/her

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia and relocated to Austin in 2022, where I became fully licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW) in 2025. Prior to grad school,

My clinical background spans individual and group therapy across inpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP) and partial hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient private practice. I’ve also worked as a medical social worker in inpatient and home hospice. All of my experience has impacted me profoundly and has shaped how I show up alongside clients in really difficult moments.

I bring both professional training and personal experience to my practice. I’m committed to my own individual therapy and therapy group, and I believe that doing my own work help me to be a more present and attuned therapist.

What does therapy with me look like?

I believe you are the expert on your own life. I'll take my cues from you, what you bring, what feels pressing, what you want to explore, and offer my skills and perspective to help you move through it in a way that feels right for you.

Some days that might mean working through something concrete, like working through a decision or discussing coping skills. Other days it could mean slowing down and paying attention to emotions you typically push away.

I believe (and research backs this up) that real change happens when you feel truly seen by someone you trust.

If this sounds like what you're looking for, I offer free 15 minute consultations so we can get a sense of whether we're a good fit. There's no pressure either way, and if I'm not the right match, I'll do my best to connect you with someone who is. You can schedule via the button below.

We might be a good fit if…

  • You’re functioning day to day but something feels off or stuck

  • You’re in a life transition and want support

  • You want to understand your patterns, especially in relationships

  • You’re open to both practical tools and deeper reflection, not a rigid approach

  • You’re interested in a longer-term therapy relationship rather than a quick fix

  • You’re navigating grief, loss, or a shift in identity and want space to process it

  • You’re not in immediate crisis but know something in your life needs attention
